Small classes, personable teaching style
We are Bedford-based and have been holding classes since 2002. We offer small class sizes which means that we are able to create a personal and friendly atmosphere while also providing each of our students with considerably more attention.
We are proud to have taught students of all ages and abilities, from beginner hobbyists to those who went on to to join notable dance companies such as Trinity Laban, The Northern School of Contemporary Dance, English National Ballet, Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, and many more.

Our Classes
Children Dance Classes

Classes for those aged 12 months to 3 years old, designed to help physical development, co-ordination, creativity and self-expression in a dance format. In addition to movement skills, children are introduced to other fundamental curriculum learning skills such as counting, colour and shape recognition, vocabulary, and language skills.

Classes for those aged 2.5 years old and above. From 3.5 years of age we teach the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) graded syllabus from Pre-Primary up to Grade 7.

Classes for those aged 2 to 7 years old, designed to encourage creativity and improve musicality and self-expression. Students are able to create their own choreographies with the aid of the teacher and will have the opportunity to try different dance styles such as contemporary and jazz.

Adult Dance & Fitness Classes

Classes for those aged 18 years and above. Our Adult Ballet classes are non-syllabus classes designed to build and develop ballet technique in a relaxed setting. We currently offer 3 levels of Adult Ballet classes.

Classes can be customised to suit the abilities of all participants, from gentle chair-based exercise through to aerobics. This is a social class with time for all of the members to socialise with one another after the class.

The first class is free for new students. *Class fees are paid in 10-week blocks in advance. We offer a 10% discount to those who pay for multiple classes for themselves or family members. Classes are held during the school term. New students are welcome to join at any point during the term.
